Diane Basler-White owns Syncere Tattoo — named after her daughter — which she opened in 2007, the oldest studio in Las Cruces. A lifelong, self-taught artist, she works across many styles and has built a welcoming, inclusive shop focused on quality and pieces personal to each client.
